HABIT CHANGES
All learning, behaviour and change occurs at the unconscious level. Thus, to make changes to one's behaviour, it follows that the change
must occur at the unconscious level. This is why hypnosis, which is achieved by accessing and tapping into the power of the unconscious mind, is utilized for habit changes. All sessions are designed for you,
personally, based upon your own individual needs and desires. If it is a habit and you don't believe it is serving you well, then you can change it.
A Few Examples of Habits That Can Be Changed:
Weight Management
A weight management session will include a detailed history of how you eat, why you eat the way you do and how you would like to eat.
You will be guided to the resources that you already possess to eat healthily, sensibly and nutritiously. It is not a diet, it is a life style
change. Hypnosis, and NLP techniques such as mapping over submodalities, future goals, and anchoring are used.

Smoking Cessation Be a permanent non smoker, and, learn to relax. Use hypnotherapy to relax and breathing to deal with stress.

Stop biting, relax, learn how to rest your hands comfortably.
